Membership terms and conditions

Please read the conditions carefully before filling out the form for requesting union membership. The conditions and obligations for joining union membership
The name and description of the membership categories, the obligations and advantages of each category, and the method of paying membership fees shall be determined in accordance with the decisions of the Founders’ Council, provided that they include the membership categories of individuals, the membership categories of companies, and the membership categories of organizations (governmental, real estate federations, chambers of commerce, etc.) that provide services or facilities to the federation.
The Founders Council has the right to delete, add, or modify membership categories and benefits in order to achieve the Union’s vision, mission, and purpose of its establishment.
Every member is required to be of good character and reputation, not to be involved in cases of fraud or deception, to adhere to the bylaws and all decisions issued by the Founders Council or its authorized representative, to pay membership fees on time, and to submit the official membership application with all required documents.
When requesting to join the Union, each member is committed to being an active member who advances the public interest, exerting all his efforts to cooperate, communicate, integrate, benefit and benefit from all members of the Union, participate in the programs and activities offered by the Union, and submit ideas and suggestions to achieve the Union’s vision and goals, and commit to avoiding conflicts and problems. Legal or financial issues and claims that cause the slightest harm to the Union and distract the Union from its goals.
Membership is requested through the website or the Federation’s office, along with submitting all the documents required by the Federation to ensure that the membership conditions are met.
Membership is not considered valid until the Union approves the application and pays the membership fees within 30 days via bank transfer to the Union’s accounts. No justification will be required if acceptance of membership is refused for any reason by the Founders’ Council.
The membership period begins for a full cycle at the beginning of each new year and for a period commensurate with the membership category.
The member obtains a membership number in accordance with the registration system for all members of the Union. The following is the country’s international telephone code + (letter) to distinguish the membership category + the numerical sequence according to the date of registration.

The member goes to the Union office after completing all membership conditions to receive: -

- Membership certificate
- Membership card
- The personal identification card linked to the union
- Your name and secret code to enter the Union’s website
A member may never request cancellation of membership after obtaining the Union’s approval and paying the specified fees.
The Union has the right to suspend or cancel membership in the event of loss, violation, or non-compliance with membership conditions, or offending the Union in any direct or indirect way, violating the statute, violating the Union’s decisions, or not participating effectively in achieving the Union’s goals. The member is not entitled to In any case, the Union claims any benefits, rights or financial compensation.
Membership is automatically lost if the member submits a letter of resignation or apology for membership, the individual dies, or the company or legal entity is dissolved for any reason. In no case may the member claim any rights, benefits or financial compensation from the Union.
When fully opening a branch in any region, the member is committed to following up, coordinating and liaising with the union through the branch, and abiding by all the branch’s decisions that are in the interest of the union.
The Founders Council has the right to amend the membership system whenever this serves the interest of the Union and contributes to achieving its vision and mission.
