- Founder of Al-Ru'ya Al-Alamiya Company in Dubai.
- Founder of Al-Mawthiq International for Real Estate Investment.
- Founder of Qimma Al-Mubadara for Real Estate Development and Investment (Real Estate Portfolio valued at 1 billion SAR).
- Founder of the "Mubadarat" Project, the "Waqf Al-Awqaf Investment" Project, and the "Asas Investment" Program for semi-governmental organizations.
