Projects

The first project

(The Real Estate Union Sustainability Fund in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Countries) with a paid-up capital of 250 million US dollars, which aims to establish a permanent real estate exhibition in the major capitals of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation countries.

The second project

(International Affordable Housing Company), which aims to serve the governments of donor or developing Organization of Islamic Cooperation countries in the housing development sector, with a paid-up capital of 500 million US dollars.

The third project

(The International Company for Investment of Islamic Endowments), which aims to serve governments and the private sector in the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation for the purpose of investing and developing the income-generating endowment sector through construction, rehabilitation, maintenance and management... with a paid-up capital of 500 million US dollars.

Fourth project

The “Platforms of Civilization” Fund, in coordination with specialized bodies, and given the great status and prominent role that mosques have in building Islamic society on a civilized basis, this fund is launched with a capital of 25 million US dollars to be a “cash endowment with a fixed term” aiming to reconstruct mosques and establish new mosques on Foundations that make them cultural platforms that contribute to the intellectual and material development of the surrounding community. This fund also aims to achieve sustainability for each mosque by transforming it into a productive endowment that contributes to achieving the mission of the mosque. The Civilization Platforms Fund will recover the full amounts it spent on any mosque so that the fund will continue to Giving in the future or returning the fund’s supporters’ capital to them within the agreed upon time period.

Fifth project

Launching a “construction company” specializing in the reconstruction of infrastructure, housing, and wells in OIC countries affected by wars or natural disasters.
